The Possible and Impossible

"The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person’s determination”
                                                                                                                      -Tommy Lacorda-
People varies many things in life. We have different opinions, different ways of expressing thoughts, anger, happiness and feelings. Even in an identical twins, they also have many characteristics and attitudes that differ from each other. Though they look really alike, they still have different likes and dislikes. It only shows that we all have differences.

Like in the experience of mine. I have a friend. We have the same status in living. She asked me if I’ll proceed to college.  I answer her that “yes  I am and I will”. Though I also have in my mind the possibility that I couldn’t , I am still positively thinks that I can . I ask her back. She answered me with a low tone of voice that she can’t. I said to her that she can. You can have what you want if it is for your good and your determined to have it. She still insisted that she can’t. I can’t see any percent of determination on her.  After we graduated, I am so excited to take entrance exams in universities. I am really determined to enroll in a university. First on my list is the MSU-IIt. Second is the university nearer to our place, University of Southern Mindanao in kabacan Norht Cotabato . Because of lack of time, I  enrolled at USM for the meantime. We are also very far from Iligan. But this school year, I am already in MSU-Iit.   Though a lot of people discourage me,  and the issue also of finances, still I pursue here.

You can do the impossible to others if to you it is possible. No one can stop you from reaching it if you are too determined.

Low Expectations.. Less Disappointments..

                Low Expectations Less Disappointments.

This is what I have learned from giving too high and much expectation from someone or something.
Every experience really is learning.

Yesterday noon is such a frustrating noon in my first prelim examination in MSU-IIT. It’s our prelim exam in math 2. I find it difficult. And I'm so frustrated solving it. It's not only me, but my classmates too. All of us feel the same way too. But I'm not really so so frustrated like others. Because I don't really expect from my exam. I don't expect too much but I do hope. I hope to be able to answer every items. Frustrated is not the word the would explain what I feel yesterday but, dismayed. But I didn't keep on thinking about it. I just said to myself, I can do good next time. I must make everything next time. After all the frustrating and dismaying moments, we should not forget to still smile.

Facing the Giants

Activity #2:

Facing the Giants

-A Christian Movie that will give the viewers a hope and inspiration. A movie that reveals and show how God's power changed their lives through faith.

Facing the Giants is the story of Grant Taylor, a high school football coach with a mediocre record. After several poor seasons, the Shiloh Eagles consider replacing him as head coach. This is not the only problem Taylor is facing however; his car is breaking down, the players' fathers are trying to get him fired, and he discovers that he is the reason that his wife Brooke cannot become pregnant.
In order to find a solution to these problems, he prays to God for help. He creates a new coaching philosophy and decides to praise God after each game, no matter the result. At the same time he guides and urges each one of his players to give the maximum effort, and motivates them to believe they can win under God´s guidance. From that point on, he loses only one game but eventually goes on to win the state championship. His prayers for children are also answered when he and his wife have two kids of their own."

I really like Christian movies. This one is remarkable for me. It captivates my heart. “DON’T QUIT! DON’T QUIT!!”  This is what their coach told them while having their training for a big game. I feel the eagerness to win. Another remarkable line is when he also said that, “If we win, let’s praise him. If we lose we praise him”. His new coaching philosophy is touching. To praise GOD in every victory and even in failures. Making him the center of their every game.

I find my eyes misty and teary in the episode where they are battling THE GIANTS. They are all persevered. I am touched by a little boy who trusts GOD in their game. And with all the faith to win, they’ve made it. They are once again recognized as the champion in the football. And the coach marriage is saved and they are blessed with two children.
I will never forget this movie. This is the best. This is worth watchable.

“We must give God our best in every area. If we win we praise him, if we lose we praise him.”
A remarkable quote from the movie. Best kind of worship.

GIVE GOD YOUR BEST AND GOD WILL DO THE REST....

Purpose and Goals

Life without purpose or mission is pointless. People say that you will be in the state of being mentally disordered if you don't have aims, dreams, and missions in life. Having these things will help you to be successful in the field you choose.
I do believe that everything has a purpose and a reason. All that we've been through and the struggles that we face have a reason. It can be a test
or consequence. I can still remember my childhood days. Everything that I'll do is for my parents please. It’s not only till childhood but until now. I am so amazed by the unconditional love of my parents. As a student who is well supported and cared by my family, my mission is to repay their love and kindness. I should attain a deserving and a worth it grades that could satisfy us. Aside from my parents, to please GOD also is top of my missions in life. Because I believe that I am made to serve him. In everything that I do, I should please him. God's love is more unconditional. Even we always break his heart and fail him, his always there. His is also just to forgive every sins that we've made. His truly great.

Like a tree, if it has strong roots, it will never be uprooted by storms. We should have a great foundation to achieve goals and missions. Concentration, perseverance, patience will help me in my studies. I should make everything to achieve it. And letting GOD take control of my life is the best way to achieve it.
